Mighter 4 Port Keyboard
and Mouse Switch
The Mighter MKMS 4000, 4 Port PS2 Desk Switch is a
robust keyboard and mouse switch created specifically
for trading floors where information must be controlled
across numerous systems and screens. The Mighter MKMS
4000 Desk Switch allows a single keyboard and mouse to
fulfil the function that previously required four
separate sets freeing up much needed “Desktop Real
Estate” as well as saving the time required to access
the information normally spread across four different
keyboards and mice.
In keeping in line with Mighters’ practice we’ve built
the MKMS 4000 Desk Switch with the IT department in mind
as well. As with most of our equipment the unit is “Plug
and Play” and derives power from each PC it’s connected
to thus keeping the install process as simple as
possible while also removing a single point of failure
commonly found in the PSU. That newly liberated outlet
can be handy as well.
Providing the user with five different choices for no
latency switching the Mighter KMS4 4000 can be
controlled via
- Keyboard Hotkey (Ctrl+Alt+#)
- Select Button on the front of the unit
- Three button mouse
- Single Button or Four
Button Remote Toggle Switch
- Synchrony Software
When the switch is used in conjunction with the add on
Synchrony Software you increase the users response time
even further by integrating seamless port selection by
simply moving the mouse across the screens to change the
port focus.
The latest in keyboard and mouse switching technology,
the MKMS 4000 switch has been designed with trading
floor clutter reduction in mind. Reducing the desktop to
a single keyboard and mouse; making for a more
manageable desktop. Featuring fully automated switching,
the units are available in standard form or with the
Mighter Synchrony software bundle.
