Synchrony Software

Mighter offers the next generation of PC control with seamless port switching using just your mouse!

Our Synchrony Software gives the user the ability to select the desired computer they want to control from a single keyboard and mouse connected to the Mighter KM4 switch by moving the mouse between the associated computer screens.
Switching computers via Button, Hot-keys, or Wired Remote is no longer necessary which provides immediate savings in the time required to access the information normally spread across four separate computers. Coupled with the Cut and Paste functionality the Mighter KM4 Switch with Synchrony offers even more versatility with the option to cut or copy text and screenshots from one PC and paste it to a different PC just as if you were working on one computer.
Synchrony is a small software utility that runs on each of your computer systems and continually tracks the current mouse cursor position.
The primary system has an extra communication link directly to the Mighter KM4 switch and the switching between the systems is determined by the position of the mouse cursor. As the cursor exceeds the periphery of one screen, control is seamlessly switched to the next screen/system.

The Mighter KM4 with Synchrony combination minimizes any potential security risks in two important ways:

• The network messages flowing between the systems contain only benign cursor positioning reports.

• All keyboard and real mouse data flow only through the direct keyboard and mouse connections via the Mighter switch and not through the network.
